Encourage the procurement of domestically produced high-value medical consumables to be included in the procurement plan

The Notice clearly states in the procurement plan that for the 10 categories of consumables that have been completed through Sunshine Procurement, the principle of "quality priority, reasonable price, and appropriate cost-effectiveness" shall be followed. Products shall be selected through the provincial procurement platform in the online transaction directory and a reasonable procurement plan shall be prepared. Encourage the procurement of domestically produced high-value medical consumables.

Not only does it propose to encourage the purchase of these 10 categories of domestically produced high-value medical consumables, but it is also included in the procurement plan. These 10 categories of domestically produced high-value consumables, which have obvious price advantages, are expected to ignite a purchasing frenzy!

Encourage volume based procurement and price linkage within the medical consortium

Encourage large medical institutions, medical consortia, specialized alliances, relevant departments, or regions with conditions to negotiate prices with enterprises through methods such as quantity based procurement and quantity price linkage, in order to further reduce procurement prices.

The purchase price of each medical institution (for the same product) shall not exceed the historical minimum purchase price of the institution and the minimum reference price provided in the online trading products on the provincial procurement platform. If medical institutions purchase products without reference prices in the online transaction catalog, the purchase price shall be negotiated by the medical institution and the enterprise themselves.

It is clear whether to propose volume procurement within the medical consortium or Anhui Province. This time, Liaoning Province has proposed volume procurement within the medical consortium. For these 10 categories of consumables, price reduction is inevitable. However, under the premise of prioritizing domestic procurement, it is also a great opportunity for domestic medical consumables!
